CHOOSING THE BIBLE PATH
The Bible Path is a trek in the Austrian Alps along which the "secret Protestants" smuggled Bibles during the Counter-Reformation, when it was forbidden to read the Bible, and the emperors and kings decided what people had to believe, and think. Today new laws are passed in Europe, and the freedoms of speech, and religion can no longer be taken for granted. Is the Bible on its way out again?
Herti and Tomas Dixon, and a Swedish-Austrian team filmed along the historical Bible Path and tell about new laws, and trends in Europe that restrict our freedom as bible-believing Christians. But they also point out that each one of us can raise his, or her voice - both in society, and before God -
in praise and prayer.
